Preparing dinner or lunch, is always a special moment,
filled with childhood memories of the warm atmosphere in my grandmothers kitchen, traditional cooking with its savors and aromas rising from the pots and pans.
My curious nature and imagination led me, later on to develop different types of 'cuisine' from this experience.
Our 'terroir' offers a vast variety of different products and I will, following the seasons share these with you.
To do this, I have associated myself with local producers and farmers. You will enjoy farm-bred meats such as poultry, lamb, veal, duck, porc as well as a variety of cheese, fruit and fresh local bread.
A full list of these producers will be made available to you upon your arrival.
These meals are all accompanied by Gaillac wines.
According to the season, different themes will be proposed :
• Menu "Tout Tarn"
• "Parfum de truffe"
• "Canard à la fête"
• "Autour du potiron" (Pumpkin)
• "Tomates et compagnie"
• Italian, Spanish, Moroccan, Vietnamese
• A personal adaptation of the 'Cassoulet', 'magret de canard', home smoked salmon as well as home made "sorbet".
